I was thrilled to find out that the great man Barack Obama has recently made a positive step forward in legalizing medical marijuana across America.

He has instructed federal law enforcement officials not investigate or prosecute people who are suspected of using or supplying marijuana for medical reasons. The official reason for the change is that this is not an efficient us of limited federal law resources.

However the federal government are not making any guarantee that prosecutions will stop, it will come down to the discretion of the local federal officials too decide whether they want to prosecute.
